Please email us at: contactus@storesupply.com with your name, company name, address, phone number and email address. Please also include the item numbers you would like a sample of and what you are looking at in particular for the item (i.e. size, color, thickness, quality) We will ship your sample as soon as possible. Shipping charges are the actual carrier charges based upon the dimensions and weight of the box(es) being shipped and the zip code of the address being shipped to. To get an estimate for shipping, you can put the items into your cart and input your zip code on the right side. To get an exact shipping cost you will put in your shipping address and it will give you a shipping cost before you put in your payment information.
