Are the bottom brackets that attach the piping to the wall moveable? For instance, if there was an obstruction such as heating ventilation along the floor, could the bottom bracket be positioned to attach to the wall above the the ventilation? Boutique Pipe Outrigger Upright Outrigger Displays
