Thank you for your inquiry. The Wave Flag Pole Kit - sku 00562 is constructed of aluminum and does not include a T at the bottom for securing the item to the ground. We do offer a Wave Flag Ground Spike under sku 00561 which will provide additional security with the Wave Flag poles. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance.
