Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, the arms can't be adjusted on the mannequin. We have 5 warehouses located in PA, GA, MO, LA and NV. Shipping is based on the size, weight and destination of the order and does not include any customs charges. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
