Are the bottoms of the tiers flat or slanted? Trying to find a tiered display rack for Craft show table 2 display etched wine glasses, beer mugs, etc. Need to be sure of safety for tipping/bumping. 3-Tier Black Wire Countertop Rack Countertop Displays
