Is this the gun that I would use to tag woven cotton, soft knits, lace, and broadcloth? Or should I buy two types of guns? Thanks

Thank you for your inquiry. The regular tagging gun is for regular fabrics: cotton, t-shirts, jeans and sweatshirts. The fine fabric tagging gun is for fine, delicate fabrics such as silk, linen and lace. If you're tagging two different types of fabric, we would suggest purchasing both types of tagging guns.
