Thank you for your inquiry. This mannequin should not tarnish as it's fiberglass. Unfortunately, if the paint were to chip, we do not sell paint for it. If it were to get dirty, you would clean with soap and water, rinse off and then dry. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. Thank you again and have a great day!
