We just received the clothes rack SKU #60283 and extra hang bar. The instructions were not included so we called and they were e-mailed. However, the instructions do not cover the positioning of the extra hang bar. Please advise asap. Thanks.

The additional hang bar was designed to clamp onto the uprights for you to determine how much space you need between the two rails on the clothing rack for display or storage purposes.
