Thank you for your inquiry. To assemble the Chrome Double-Rail Fold Up Clothing Rack you would unbox the item and pull the uprights into position, you then snap the top bar into place on each arm. It is recommended to have two people to accomplish this as pulling the arms up can require a little bit of force the first few times. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance.
