Thank you for your inquiry. The Fiberglass Male Mannequin with Blonde Hair (70311) has 8 pieces. The torso, legs, 2 arms, 2 hands, the base and the pole to attach it to the base. I don't see a reason that you wouldn't be able to put a bike helmet on this mannequin. I apologize, we do not offer free shipping. Please let us know if we can assist further.
