Thank you for your inquiry. The shelves of the Adjustable 4 Shelf Wire Rack (60312) can be adjusted to be flat, but the lip will still be there. Unfortunately, the shelves cannot be reversed because there is not a place for the back of the shelf to hook on in the front. Please let us know if we can assist further. Thank you!
