Would this work to display the kraft jewelry boxes #87405 (5 1/4"x3 3/4"x7/8") standing upright to display my jewelry at a craft fair? Also, can the black wires be spray painted to match my theme? Thank you.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the 6-Tier Wire Countertop Rack - Black (16138). Yes, jewelry boxes would be able to be stood upright. The tiers are 2.5" deep and it is 2" between the wires. You are able to paint these racks with appropriate paint. Please let us know if we can assist further.
