I live in Kansas, I need to have it by Feb 4th. Would it be possible to have this before next Friday? I live in Wichita, Ks. Plus are they exactly 5x7?

When choosing your ship via, the estimated delivery date will be in parenthesis. Each pocket on the 48 Pocket Greeting Card Rack - 60381 is 9" H from bottom of one pocket to bottom of above pocket and the card pocket measures 5.5" wide.
