Thank you for your inquiry. The Anchor Core Slatwall Panels hold up to approximately 50lbs per point. It is critical to note that actual strength holding capacities will vary depending upon: environmental issues, installation methods, fasteners used, accessories, and application employed. Unfortunately, due to these various factors, we cannot guarantee any load capacity.
Panels can be attached to finished or unfinished walls using appropriate screws and, in the case of drywall, plastic anchors. A few basic points:
-Level all panels - Level bottom panel first.
- xxxx should always be through the slots, never the slats and shoudl be countersunk(This allows smooth insertion of slatwall fixtures and hardware).
-Flathead screws work best.
-When panels are attached to wall studs or furring strips, studs/strips should be no less than 16" on center.
-Construction adhesive may be used in addition to screws to form a more secure bond or when two panels are butted together.
