Thank you for your inquiry regarding the White Vu-Top Cotton-Filled Box - 85501. The tops on these boxes do not have issues falling off easily. We have not had any complaints regarding the tops not being snug. We would be happy to send you a sample of any item that we sell in a case or pack. Please also include the item numbers you would like a sample of and what you are looking at in particular for the item (i.e. size, color, thickness, quality) We will ship your sample as soon as possible. Orders placed before 3pm, Monday through Friday, would ship the same business day and arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
