Is supposed the bottom part of the rack smaller 42" and the hangging bar or tube 48" because i tried to fit and ensamble. Is that the correct dimension for Item 60113 portable rolling rack ? I am no happy because I can not use and have to pay for return. (Chrome Single-Rail Collapsible Salesman Rack)
