It seem to me that the pegs are on the wrong side of the SKU16139 rack ? Am I looking at it wrong?

Thank you for your inquiry. The pegs on the White Wire Countertop Rack - 24 Pegs (16139) are supposed to be on the side with the base part, so that when you hang items from the pegs the base holds the weight of the items up. Please let me know if I may assist further. Thank you!
