Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Vinyl Slatwall Insert - Black (45237). Unfortunately, these are not meant to be inserted once the slatwall is already installed. You may be able to get the insert into the groove while the slatwall is already installed, but it may cause the insert to be discolored. Please let us know if we may assist further. Thank you!
