Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Chrome Hanger Stacker (26103). To assemble the hanger stacker, first place the triangle base on table or floor(with tubes on bottom). Next, insert the narrow U-shaped rack into the tubes of the triangle base until snug and the ends are through the tubes. Last, you will insert the wide U-shaped rack into the back of the triangle base until snug and ends are through tubes. This completes the assembly.
