Hi, what does 8" refer to? 1) An 8" loop (16" of elastic plus the bow) 2) A 4" loop (8" of elastic, plus bow) 3) Neither, sorta. An 8" loop, but only when elastic is fully stretched. (16" of elastic- if fully stretched, plus bow)
