Thank you for your inquiry. The receiver for the Optex Wireless Indoor/Outdoor Alert System does not have a belt clip. The receiver measures 5" tall (without antenna) 7 1/2" tall (with antenna) and 3 1/2" wide. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance. Thank you again, have a great day!
