Thank you for your inquiry. The Chocolate Open Top Trays are essentially the same tray as the Faux Leather, with the exception of the fabric in which they are finished. The Chocolate Material is along the lines of a faux taffeta finish, I have provided a link to our online catalog page that shows the chocolate displays, this should provide you with a better view of the material used.
