Thank you for your inquiry. I do apologize, the Wire Basket Topper for Chrome Double Rail Clothing Rack with Z Brace will not fit onto the bottom of the racks for display. We do offer Boutique Clothing Racks which can accommodate our Boutique Rack Shelving on the bottom of the racks. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance.
