What is the diameter of the horizontal bars? And is there a separate post holding up each bar (three posts total), or one center post holding all three bars? Its difficult to tell from the picture.

Thank you for your inquiry. The tiers measure as follows: first tier 3" high and 1 1/2" diameter; second tier 7 1/2" high and 1 1/2" diameter; third tier 11 1/2" high and 1 1/2" diameter.
