Thank you for your inquiry. I do apologize, however the Clear Break Resistant Skirt/Pant Hangers 10" do not feature clips that can be moved. We do offer the Children's Clear Plastic Skirt and Pants Hangers 11" which includes the metal clips that can be adjusted on the hanger bar.
