This case did not ship with the cord that connects to the cord attached to the case itself so I can actually plug it in and utilize the lights. I've had this case for over 2 years and still have no light. I was told i had to buy the cord but can't find it

Thank you for your inquiry. I do apologize, however we do not offer that particular style of display case any longer as we have since changed vendors. The Display Case you purchased did include a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, however we do not have that type of cord for the Stretch Hexagonal Display Case we currently offer.
