How do you load the tissue in each space. does the wire bar come up to load individual colors, or do you have to hold the tissue vertical and attempt to push the tissue between the bars?

Thank you for your inquiry. To display tissue on the Floor Standing Wire Tissue Paper Rack you would slide your folded tissue onto the rails of the rack. The rails do not lift up to hold the tissue. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance. Thank you again, have a great day!
