Does the sign have slots for the letters to go into to hold them in place? Also how does the sign stand up in high winds?

Thank you for your inquiry. The sign panels do include slots for the letters to be slide into for display. We have not tested the A-Frame Sidewalk Sign in a high wind situation, I can tell you that the sign weighs 30 pounds. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance.
