Does this bar need to be attached with the initial installation of the outrigger unit. Is this outrigger unit flexible for my merchandising needs as they change?

Thank you for your inquiry. Any additional rails or baskets that you would like to add to the Vintage Outrigger will need the straight bar brackets put into place at the time of the outrigger assembly. Once the basic set up is completed you can swap out fixtures as needed, using the same straight bar brackets for different looks and styles.
