Thank you for your inquiry. The Double Sided Open Flag - sku 18163 does not include the pole or mounting hardware. We do offer the Open Flag Kit - sku 18170 which includes the Open Flag; Aluminum Pole; Cast Aluminum Wall Mount and Never Furl portion.
