Thank you for your inquiry. I do apologize, however it would not be recommended that the shelves be used upside down due to the design of the shelf there are small plastic portions underneath that attach to the shelf bracket for stability. We do offer some shelving with a lip for Slatwall or Wire Grid. These items can be located on the links I have provided for your reference below.
