Thank you for your inquiry. The sku 40128 is a White Square Grid Panel while the sku 43128 is a White Slat Grid Panel. The main difference between the two fixtures is that the Slat Grid Panels can accommodate slatwall fixtures which is convenient for customers who want both slatwall and wire grid in the stores but do not want to purchase two types of accessories.
