Thank you for your inquiry. We did recently close out some of our Paper Matte Raffia at a reduced price of $3.95 per roll as we had changed vendors. The current pricing on our website for the Paper Matte Raffia is our normal retail pricing as we no longer have any matte raffia on closeout.
