Will this clip work on the grid panel if I wanted to put a sign at the top (thr bottom of the sign would be in the clip on the top of the panel so the sign is above the panel).

Thank you for your inquiry. The Small Pop Clip Sign Holder will not attach to wire grid panels as it was designed to be clamped onto round hang rails, shelving etc. The wire grid panels are not thick enough for the sign holder to attach to and remain upright.
