I assumed pulling off one bag would open the following bag. But I'm having to carefully open up each bag. I'm loading the stand according to the picture. Do you have any suggestions or am I expecting too much from this unit? Thanks.

It is dependent upon the types of bags being used with the stands, some bags may not open as easily as others depending upon their tabs. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance.
