Thank you for your inquiry. I do apologize, however we do not currently offer additional clamp on arms for the 4-Way Pipeline Rack. The Pipeline Collection does not offer any two tiered racks at this time other than the Outrigger Systems that would attach to your walls and allow you to hang multiple levels of merchandise.
