We have had this pricing gun for 3 months now and it has worked fine (not that easy to load) but once we load it, it works great. This last time loading it, the stickers don't seem to catch when you click them through. Is there an easy solution?

Thank you for your inquiry. I would advise checking to ensure that there is not a loose label stuck inside of the labeler that could be causing the labels to not feed properly.
