Help! I'm reading all the comments that say this is easy to assemble, but I'm having a hard time. There were no instructions included, and the side sections tilt inward, not straight up. Am I missing something obvious?

Thank you for your inquiry. The upright arms can be a little hard to pull into position. You will need to pull the upright arms outward to slide the top rails onto the rack.
