Will this sign clip onto the top of the ivory boutique clothes racks? I need something that will attach to the center circle of the ivory boutique rack. Will this work?

I do apologize, however the clip on sign holder would not work with the Circular Portion of the Ivory Boutique Rack as it is too large to be secure to the rack for display and will not stay upright.
