I don't know how these clamp on...there are xxxx holes only on the inside of the outside rails that these should clamp or xxxx too. The holes do not go all the way through the vertical rails. Thank you for your inquiry. The add on rails should include a U Shaped Clamp and Screws. You attach the add on rails by utilizing the u shaped clamp around the end poles at the desired height you would like the rails, you then insert the xxxx into the u shaped clamps xxxx holes to tighten the clamp onto the racks uprights.
