Thank you for your inquiry. The Double Rail Rack Tandem Rails (sku 60174) are not included with the actual Double Rail Clothing Rack (sku 60173). The tandem rails attach to the top rails of the double rail racks to create additional hanging space between two racks. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance.
