Thank you for your inquiry. I would suggest using the 1 1/2" deep stackable jewelry trays if you are going to be using the sectioned flocked jewelry inserts for display. The items being stored or transported in the trays with inserts when stacked would be dependent upon how the items are being transported, (in a case, stacked alone etc.). The trays will stack securely into each other for transport and display. I have provided a link to our video on our Stackable Jewelry Trays.
