Thank you for your inquiry. The 4-Way Clothing Racks are not collapsible and do not arrive assembled. The arms are able to be removed from the rack for transport, however the base and uprights would need to remain assembled for travel. The overall weight of the rack is 30.6 pounds for shipping.
