Thank you for your inquiry. I do apologize, however the 3-Tier Wire Countertop Rack does not fold down for storage or transport. The 6-Tier Wire Countertop Rack - sku 16138 does however fold down flat for storage and transport. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance. Thank you again, have a great day!
