I need to know if this has ANY plastic parts (other than wheels). We have a Macaw parrot who is very social and have used a clothes rack as a "perch" but he bit through the plastic attachment pieces in less than 2 weeks so need to be sure it's all chrome. (Chrome Single-Rail Collapsible Salesman Rack)
