Thank you for your inquiry. You can add a after market lock and key to the Portable Display Cases, however we do not offer those items. We do not carry any inserts for the Portable Display Cases at this time. Our shipping rates are actual carrier charges, which are based on the size of the boxes, the weight of the boxes and merchandise along with the distance (zip code) that the merchandise is being shipped to.
