Thank you for your inquiry. The only states we would require a tax exemption form from is the states we have a warehouse in. The states we currently have warehouses in are as follows: Nevada, Missouri, Louisiana, Pennsylvania and Georgia. If you are not shipping within one of the aforementioned states you will not be charged sales tax. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance. Thank you again, have a great day!
