Thank you for your inquiry. We do not offer a bulk discount on our metal hangers at this time. The swivel hook allows you to spin the hook for hanging from either direction without having to turn the entire hanger. I would not be able to determine if the metal hangers will last longer than the plastic hangers with metal clips as it requires additional information.
