Hi there I ordered a tagging gun which came with 5000 tags but i needed one with the hooks...is there any way i can swap that?

Thank you for your inquiry. You may return the fasteners that you do not want in exchange for the Hook Fasteners. There is a price difference between the regular fasteners and hook fasteners that you would want to send payment information for. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance.
