I'm pretty sure the instructions/components attaching the ball bearing base are not correct. Can't figure out how to attach it to the top piece as described. I re-drilled the holes from the top and bought longer screws. Perhaps I'm missing something.

We figured it out but the instructions were no help.
basically you turn it upside down and put xxxx through the hole and attach and then spin and repeat.
